A rum baba with or without alcohol !

The pastry biscuit manufacturer La Cigale Dorée is reinventing the fifth favourite dessert of the French by offering catering professionals the baba in lunch format.

Developed in a diameter of 45 mm for 24 g, it will save time in its implementation by already being soaked and ready to be decorated.
The baba lunch range is available in rum or non-alcoholic flavours and includes several flavours including vanilla, coffee, mango-passion and red fruits.
