Sponge cake is a light and soft cake with a beaten dough that is used in many desserts. For example, it can be used to assemble Mokas, Operas, Black Forests, Strawberries or Pear layer cakes.
We offer 3 types of storage (fresh, individually wrapped, frozen) with shelf lives adapted to the user.
Our technology allows us to avoid the use of alcohol for preservation.
We have a wide range of sizes, round or special, and a wide range of diameters, from 14cm to 32cm! We also provide sheets to prepare layered individual desserts.
The texture of these sponges is particularly soft and easy to cut, with a flavour close to “homemade”.

Instructions of use
Frozen: thaw for minimum 3 hours at 4°C
Individually wrap or fresh : can be used immediately
Frozen : 12 months
Individually wrapped : 120 days
Fresh: 22 days
