This certification rewards companies that guarantee safe and healthy products for their commercialisation. It also ensures the compliance of the company’s activities in the food processing sector or the packaging of unpacked products.
By modernizing its production site, La Cigale Dorée is committed to the processing and packaging of ambient food products, under protective atmosphere or frozen, with the overall objective of food safety. Through this approach, the company seeks above all innovation as evidenced by the creation of KØN, awarded Snacking d’Or 2021. This new product is now evolving alongside recognized products such as savarins, genoise discs, or even the macaroon shells.
